Brett Windsor, PT, PhD, MPA
President

Brett Windsor graduated as a physiotherapist from Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia, in 1994. Prior to coming to the US, Brett worked in sports medicine in Australia and the United Kingdom. Brett became APTA board certified as an orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) in 2000, completed the NAIOMT Clinical Fellowship in Manual Therapy in 2003, and graduated to fellowship in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (FAAOMPT) in 2004. Following eight years as assistant professor at DPT programs with Pacific University and Campbell University, Brett moved to Chicago  where he is currently the Chief Clinical Officer with ATI Physical. Brett was the lead instructor of manual therapy at the Fondazione Turati rehabilitation center in Gavinana, Tuscany between 2007 and 2011 and he has since traveled extensively throughout Italy in support of continuing teaching activities and clinical education.

Brett’s research interests are clinical reasoning, spinal manipulation and the validation of the manual therapy clinical approach to evaluation. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Portland State University and a PhD from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah.

Linda Bartalesi, PT
Vice President, Coordinator of Interns

Linda works with Eduglobal students and the host rehabilitation facilities to assure coordination of all aspects of the clinical education experiences. She graduated in 2006 from the University of Florence with a laurea in physiotherapy. She subsequently completed a six-year osteopathic manual therapy program at Florence’s Scuola Italiana di Osteopatia e Terapie Manuali (SIOTEMA). She has 10 years’ experience as an orthopedic and neurological physiotherapist and CI at Fondazione F. Turati, located in Gavinana, Italy. Her post-graduate training includes study in myofascial techniques and the McKenzie approach to treatment of the spine. Linda is an avid hiker and snowboarder. She lives with her son Silvio in Abetone, a ski resort in the Apennine Alps.
